Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
For the early-access list, we process your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, the time you gave consent and the page through which you registered. This form does not collect location or drone data.
Why do we use this data?
We first use your email address to send a confirmation message. Only after you confirm your address are you added to the MORVAI AIR early-access list for essential product updates and a future test invitation. We process this information based on your consent.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep early-access data while MORVAI AIR is in development and testing, and for no longer than 24 months after our most recent relevant update. You may withdraw consent and request deletion sooner.
Who receives your data?
We do not sell your data. Brevo processes your email address and optional name on MORVAI's behalf to manage the early-access list and send confirmation and product emails. Technical hosting and database providers may also process information only on MORVAI's behalf to operate and secure this website.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent or object to a processing activity. Contact info@morvaitech.com to make a request.
